Do you believe this...?

Would you believe, that while I was posting on the SW!G's blog about easter fabric and easter crafts, Sharni and Britt were busy sewing on the sewing machine, making..... wait for it.... Easter Bags!! Great Minds must really think alike...!


This is what they sent me:

Hi Mamma Shaz,

Today we had a lesson on Mum's sewing machine.

We had some material that we did different stitches on in different sizes.

Then we cut out a easter egg shape out of flowery material and did a applique stitch onto the plain pink material. Then we had the idea to turn it into a easter bag. So we stitched up the sides & stitched some ribbon on to the back so we could tie the bag up.

Can I just say how absolutely proud I am of you both, and what an amazing job you have done! Excellent work girls... really, really good! Can't wait to see them in real life!
